Case 1:
68 year old female with recurrent right axillary lymphadenopathy.
2 x core biopsies in 2022 and 2023 showed reactive features.
Persistent lymphadenopathy, now excision of right axillary lymph node.
Case 2:
74 year old female with tonsillar mass.
Previous biopsy 3 months ago of right cervical node was atypical T-cell infiltrate, cannot exclude lymphoma. Flow cytometry at the time shows loss of CD5 and CD4 predominance in T-cells.
Case 3:
62 year old male, skin lesion face? SCC.
